Hey there my little apple blossoms!

We’ve probably never met before, but I feel like we’re all pals already.  Don’t you get that feeling? 

You can call me tisTree, by the way, buddy. And before you ask, I AM an actual tree, with branches and everything! Roots! Glad we got that confession out of the way. I really feel like I can trust you, you know? So here is some more feelings stuff.

I used to work as Santa’s Helper in Charge of Multimedia Advertising, spreading holiday cheer through the internet. Then, after a couple of psychotic episodes and more than a few OD’s, me and Santa had to “part ways.” For a couple of years I did my own thing, and gained some success from releasing my self-titled album, tisTree (nicknamed, by me, The Green Album.) But I proved to be a one-hit wonder when my follow up album, tisTree/Plastic Tree Band, tanked. Now I’m scraping the bottom of the internet barrel, making comics about various holidays on stupid webcomic sites, for next to no pay. But I’m not bitter!!!!!

Full disclosure, Halloween is not really my bag of candy canes. It’s so far removed from the nice feelings and songs and snow and presents of Christmas. It’s all about monsters, scary movies, hollowed  out vegetables, the color orange, tricks, and treats. Now, that last one sounds nice, but sometimes the treats are shaped like worms or eyeballs! Gross!! 

So I made you guys a search and find puzzle (because puzzles are wholesome family fun) about friends hanging out and being nice, in G-rated, friendly costumes. I hope that is okay? Are we okay? I tried to be scary by making the line art black, instead of my first choice: light pink.
